Free one day pass to Disney Parks

September 29th, 2009

Disney has decided to pitch in an incentive. Starting Jan. 1, 2010, the theme park giant is giving away a million one-day tickets to its parks for those who sign up and volunteer for a participating nonprofit organization. It’s called “Give a day. Get a Disney day,” and Chris Allen, executive director of the volunteer group Hands On Orlando, says it’s bound to be popular. The Hands On Network and Points of Light Institute are coordinating the volunteer opportunities, and your service has to be verified in order to get the ticket.
